Hi. I'm new to the e6850. I have it stable at 3.6 (400 x 9). I have Vcore set at 1.45 in the Bios on a P35-DS3R and temps under load are 52c. Going through several posts here it appears this is ok but I just want to make sure that this is a safe Vcore and those temps are safe to run at.
I also noticed a big difference between the idle and load temps when I have it at 3.6, 1.45v. It's close to 20c. With my fx57 OC'd the difference was only 10-12c. It's water cooled and I don't know why this difference is so large.

Are you measuring with CoreTemp or TAT?

Those temps aren't a problem.

As for idle vs. load, I have a 25 degree difference on my e2140 @ 3.2, I wouldn't pay too much attention, as long as it doesn't get too hot.

Those temps and vcore are just fine (assuming accurate readings). I've juiced the e6850 up to 1.6v. Don't do that though you should probably cap it around 1.5v ish.

High load temps would probably be around 65c. As long as you're under you'll be fine.

Those are the new CoreTemp temperatures. I've run TAT along side and added 15c to what it reported and both reported the same 52c under load. I was worried about that 52c temp. I always kept my AMD's under 50c. And 1.45 Vcore isn't too much either?
