Whats a good PSU For:
Q6600 to Q6700
Geforce 8800gtx to 8800 Ultra and Thats will handle a 9xxxx in the future
4+ HDDs
2 cdroms
and room for extras

Modular would also be good

And the wires have to be long enough for a Full Tower.

Thank You :)

OK, thats what I thought. :)

But i cant help but think your bias to Corsair. Or is the HX620 really the best of the best?

I wasn't biased toward anything. I asked one of the most repected guys here about buying a modular power supply of good quality, and without hesitation, Oklahoma Wolf said "Corsair."

I asked the same as you are now. Great reviews anywhere you look, quiet, powerful, five year warranty, many dozens of owners here on OC Forums, no complaints, Seasonic build. What's not to like?

Corsair it is then :)

It seems like everyone on here has/recommends/and loves the corsair HX over anything else. It must be very good.

yeh the corsair hx are seasonic m12 units and their pcb acts as a single +12v rail

some of the best psu's around

520w powers quad/8800gtx/ultra oc'd

luck i got mine 520w for $70 @ buyy.com with MIR
