Can my system handle a single 8800gts?

Hi, can this system handle a single 8800GTS 320mb?

DFI Ultra-D
X2 4400 @ 2.8
1 gig of DDR400 RAM
Audigy 2zs
FSP 700w PSU
Win2K (or if 2k won't work, then I'll have to use xp x64 for now)

My tower can handle the cooling, but can my hardware handle the graphics card? Thanks.

I dont know much about DFI boards but i cant see a reason why your system would not handle a single card.

My rig is very close to yours and it does an 8800 GTS 320 just fine. See my thread about my 3DMark scores if you need more.

I was checking out your 3dmark scores, looks good. Not much of a bottleneck compared to a C2D. I need a new card for my X2 as its x800 is dying, and this looks like the best way to go. Thanks for the input guys.

a X2 at 2.8ghz wouldn't bottleneck a 8800GTS too badly, your psu is pretty decent. Everything looks good.
