box prompting for passport login?? hmm?

Hi guys, was wondering if anyone knows why a windows passport login box is coming up when i go to C:\Documents and Settings

here is a pic of the prompt i get.

Thanks if anyone who can explain why this is appearing, when i login it just goes away, but of course i didn't use my main passport incase it was spyware, although when i visited a .net website like hotmail it was logged in with this account which can only mean its officialy msn related but why is it coming up when i visit this folder???

You can disable the Sign-in Assistant by going to the Tools menu in IE, selecting "Manage Add-ons", highlighting "Windows Live Sign-in Helper", and then choosing "Disable" in the settings box. Alternatively, you can remove it permanently by using the "Add/Remove Programs" dialog in the Control Panel ( it shows up as "Windows Live Sign-in Assistant" ).
