Vista / Windows Live Messenger Problem

Even time I log into WLM this pops up, I just installed vista yesterday, this happened before as well when I ran RC2, never happened in XP PRO SP2. Is there some way around this ? its very annoying, running the latest version of windows.

Flash is obviously working it says I'm running 9,0,47,0 for the latest version of FireFox.

Expand the C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash directory, and double-click on FlashUtil9b.exe. Make sure all your browsers are closed, then reboot.

the only exe i have in the dir is ( NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe ) is that the one ?
