Corsair XMS2 PC2-6400 (C5DHX)

Stock on these are 5-5-5-18 2T 1.8v, anyone been able to get them on 1T or is this not possible? Anyone been able to get better timings? I've heard of 5-5-5-15, 5-5-5-12 and 5-4-4-12.
