nVidia 3D Performance and Quality settings

Just wondering if there is a webpage with an easy explanation of all the performance and quality settings in the nVidia driver options.

Example : SLI AA, Triple Buffering, etc.

I am using a rig with two 8800ultras in SLI so I want to know what I am playing with in the options to make the best quality possible.
