Moving overseas

I have been trying to search for this, but no luck, so I'll just ask the question. I may soon be moving to the US from the UK. I want to take my computer with me. Most PSUs I've found in the past have the voltage switch on the back, however the one in my current case doesn't.

I can't remember what model it is (I'll post back later with that info if it's relevant)

Last night I did try to check, and saw ~95 - 240v on the back.. but I don't want to automatically assume that that is auto switching.. that could be fatal
