Good Download Manager?

Need a program that can automatically start/stop downloads at specific times that is free.

XP32 is the OS, what do you guys recommend. For torrent files, and really just any kind of file there is to download.

For Torrent files, I use TorrentStorm. It will allow you to stop, start, prioritize etc. the downloads. For other types of files...haven't used any for a while. Back in the dial-up days I used to have one called GetRight which could resume a download if you got disconnected.
