What is a decent digital camera?

Just wondering if anyone can give me any brands and/or links to decent digital cameras for (preferably) < $200. I've always wanted one and I'm thinking about buying one with whatever Christmas money I receive this year. Thx in advance.

AHHH the good ol' days :D
