Monitor 8 meters from the box

Could I have a monitor 8 meters from the box while using a DVI cable? (The HDMI is already occupied.)

depends on the type of connection, im pretty sure 25 might be pushing it a little.

Use a single cable - using extension cables coupled together would certainly cause trouble - I tried this with VGA extenders...

I have my Digital Projector 35' away from my HTPC.

A quality (read expensive) DVI cable works fine. Try to get the cable as exact in length as possible. You don't want any extra footage.

well there is a 15meter cable...8meter should be no problem
http://discountechnology.com/Product...ables-Adapters
3ft = 1meter so 8meters is 24ft.

1 meter = 3.28 feet

so 8 meters is about 26.25 feet

yeah, I'm being picky heh.
