bio star TF7025 temp question. is this bad.

hey all the room mate got a TF7025 and I think its the heat sink on one of the bridges thats getting warm. I wanna say its called the HSA or HMA something like that I think.

its been running bout 60C and is warm to the touch. is this bad

found out its called the MCP.

Do you have a fan you can put somewhere to blow some air over it? I hope mine doesn't do that to me
Is that being overclocked with that temp or stock?
 
MCP = Northbrige = 7025/630a


It's not going to kill it but some airflow would be nice.
 
My TF 520 had the same heatsink and felt very warm stock. Replaced it with a $6 Cooler Master HSF. I'm pushing alot of air through my case and that HS was always hot.
