I think my 2nd HD has been pwned

Well yesterday i got the orange box and couldnt install it on my 2nd harddrive, the one i put all my games on. Anyways i get some errors so i install it on my main and all goes well. I turn on my comp today and it wants to do the check disk thing before it turns on, i skip that. I can still see it and get inside it through my computer but when i try to play a game or whatever it doesnt do anything, lol. When i get home today ill try reformatting it or......claim Time of death and get one of those newer perpendicular recording ones.

How old is it? Maybe you can get it RMA'ed if its still under warranty.
