very simple question for my even more simple mind...
what is the difference between windows 32 bit and 64 bit

yeah. but I was under the impression that you had to have a special 64 bit processor for such setups. I was just curious, everest tells me that my pentium D handles 64 bit x86 extension. Are all of the newer cpus like this? and if so, why don't they just make all Operating systems 64 bit
