i would think that its a 939. i dont know what 939 mobo to go with thats cross fire.
as for am2 the cheapest is this i think

yes its am2. yes i figured out already that that budget wasnt going to cut it. but the mobo u linked me to is close enough.
or, as it has already been suggested to me on another message board, i might sell x1800,s ditch the crossfire idea and buy a 2600 pro or 2600xt.

If you go with a single video card the Biostar TForce 520 A-2 is a good cheap motherboard for less than $60.
