List of supported flash/SD cards for readyboost?

Iv been looking for a couple days now for a list of USB flash drives and or SD cards which are fast enough to use Vista's readyboost feature.. Anyone know of any site that houses such a list? Googles have gave me little insight. Iv been looking for a very cheap SD card for my laptop(Has a built in card reader) to use the feature with but I would use a USB drive if I have to.

Anyone have any experience with it? I tried a corsair 2 gig thumbdrive just now and it almost constantly flashed. And when I benchmarked my HDD vs my thumbdrive, it wasn't any faster.

Ok, after researching, apparently it may be faster since the seek times are faster with modern USB thumbdrives so I'll be trying it for a while.
