Trying to install Dreamweaver, I get an error,

"The InstallScript Engine is missing from this machine. If available please run ISScript.msi"

So I do a bit of googling, and arrive here, where it gives good information, except that my number they tell me to look at is 4.0.100.1190. Meaning it isn't covered by them in that link. Any ideas?

Thanks.

The solution here...

Error when installing Dreamweaver 8: The InstallScript engine is missing from this machine. If available, please run ISScript.msi
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=80821e11&sliceId=1

... states:
The following InstallShield document describes the workaround:Update to the Latest InstallShield Installation Engines (Q108322). For Dreamweaver 8, see the section titled "If the file version number starts with 10". Here is the relevant information for Dreamweaver 8:

* Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Driver\10 from the machine.
* Download ISScript10.zip.
* Unzip this file.
* Double-click the IsScript.msi file. This installs the IsScript engine for this version of the installation.
