has anyone had any experience with these?
http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=GN210-BLK&cat=CSE in particular :santa:

i'm going to be replacing my 2x200 IDE raid with 2x 320 sata's here shortly, and i would like to put these into my server so i can archive and backup videos and what have you. since they're so cheap i might end up getting x4

but anywho, the drives need to be set on CS right? and also, can they be swapped out without any damage? i breifly used swap tray's in lab but they were OS Drives, so we never plugged them out when in use.

I have never used this brand but they look identical to the ones I used. I got mine from arrowmax. They worked fine.
No problems hot-swapping. You have to turn the key to release them which cuts power to the drive.

but the hot swaping feature works well? i have never hot swapped a IDE drive yet while it was operating on the pc.
