So here it is, http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?affiliateid=4352418&sku=21095&promoid=1030

1. And now on to my main question, can i use two sticks of this ram along with my current two sticks of patriot ram?

My ram: http://canadacomputers.com/main.php?do=ShowProduct&cmd=pd&pid=013789&cid=RAM.346.307

I run the ram @ 710, 1:1 with my cpu fsb.

2. Would i have to use same voltage, timings, and frequency for all 4?

3. Should i just sell my partiot, get 4 gig of the mushkin, and set them at like 900+ mhz and do away with 1:1 with cpu?

4. Lastly, does 1:1 make a big diff? I mean would tighter timings and faster frequency outweight 1:1 benefit? For games? (again reinforcing that expensive ram actually has a purpose)

1. In theory you can, but it will run at the lower speed of either set and it is going to be a pain for you to get them working together nicely.

2. Yes, when you set those timings etc in the bios, it will apply to all 4 sticks.

3. I think you should just either stay with what you have, or get another 2gb of patriot, as there is no way the mushkin is worth 179.99 regularly. Selling your current and buying 4gb of mush would be more of a pain than just buying another 2gb of your current.

4. General rule is AMDs like tighter timing, whereas Intels like higher mhz. Best way to check which is better is to run Memtest 86+ and check the MB/s.

i vote to sell off what you have and grab 2 sets of the muskin. or check ebay, i got my 4gb's for only $100 including shipping. i run them at 5-5-5-15 @ 349MHz @ 1.8v i thinks.
