Well topic says it all which one outta the bunch is the best choice, i am pretty much going to OC it to the max i can get out of it so yeah.

The 4th option is wait for the E8*** series but um, thats in January! I dunno... this E2140 has done a good job, but i dunno!! Dammit, when i ahve money i just feel like spending it.

I'd just wait for Penryn, save your money now. If the E2140 is doing you fine, which it should, than why waste money?

One of the few cases where I say to wait.

You already have a C2D. Your main benefits from upgrading will come from the increased overclock. Why not wait 2 months and hope for 4+ghz on air?
