MSI K9A2 CF Socket AM2+


I'm buying a new board in a week or two and I want an AM2+ board so I'd like your guys opinion about this board MSI K9A2 CF...

Their boards are durable except for warpage due to CPU-HSF weight on some earlier boards. This causes the RAM to unseat and a black screen or freeze. Add a rubber bumper the same height as the MOBO standoffs in your case between the 2 inner CPU bracket screws to the underside of the board. This supports the weight. I folded on the RS480 for over a year before I shutdown all single cores.

To answer your question there frantic, yes the MSI K9A2 CF is a great buy, its inexpensive and it supports CrossFire. Its just a nice warm hug on a cold day. I have it and so far its working great.
