I am considering picking up a Gateway C2D laptop with a Radeon X1400 256mb video card, anyone familiar with this card ? Like how would it compare to a 9600pro mobile card or maybe the 8600M card ??

Nevermind, I am going with a Acer C2D with a HD2600 with 512mb, the X1400 looks to be way too slow from the reviews I found.
Hope my son likes it for his main Xmas present hehe.

Yeah, I steered clear of that laptop hehe.
I am atleast semi happy with my new Acer with the ATI HD2600 512mb though it doesnt actually have the power to run anything in DirectX-10 LOL
