HG:L & Crysis crashes, help

I keep getting these crashes in both HG:L and Crysis, but I don't think they are application specific. I'm confused on how to fix it.

Here's the dxdiag, and crash information:

This is a video card driver problem? I thought it was a corruption in windows xp professional. I have all the windows updates, and since I play both games in dx9 I think DirectX 9.0c 4.09.0000.0904 is the latest version. Where can I get 169.17 drivers at? The latest WHQL drivers are 169.02.
