processor/motherboard compatibility question

I am looking into getting an Intel core 2 duo e4500 which has a fsb speed of 800mhz. And I am wanting to put it in a EVGA 680i se sli motherboard, but the motherboard's fsb speeds are 1066/1333 mhz.

cpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115031
mobo http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...879&CatId=2541

Is this cpu/mobo compatible?
If not, any suggestions on a good motherboard for this cpu in the 100-150$ range? I do plan on overclocking to ~3.0 ghz or so.

Thanks
