dfi rs482: PCI-E + front panel audio doesn't fit

Has anyone tried to plug a cable into the onboard audio while having a pcie card as well? The card I have is dual-dvi, and the second dvi blocks a corner of the pins, so I cant plug the end into there. Any ideas?
