Ive never done benchmarks, As long as the games play good im happy.
It is not bad, on par with a GT though, see what the max OC is and run 3dmark again, should get around 15 k at least

Set your nVidia control panel to performance, and OC that bad boy! You should see much better numbers.
Edit: Must be default settings b/c I see "Basic Free Edition" in your ss. It also looks like your using VISTA and many say that can kill some points.
