I am looking to upgrade this laptop which comes with 512 MB of PC 4200 RAM if I'm not mistaken to at least 1 GB.
I do not know how many slots it has for memory because it is not my laptop and I am looking to purchase this memory as a Christmas gift for a friend so if anyone can answer my question and tell me if system already has one stick at 512 and I need another 512 or if it has two sticks of 256 or what?
If anybody could give me a hand with this I would greatly appreciate it I'm sorry I know it's a very stupid question and I wish I could answer it myself but as I said it isn't my laptop so thank you very much in advance if anybody can give me and with that at a nice day
