Just curious is there anything that can be unlocked or reflashed on this card like unlocking pipelines etc without it cooking itself?

I have an Asus silent EN8600 256MB GDDR3

its fan'less with a giant heatsink

nothing much can be done with it except overclocking and adding a fan to the passive cooling. Reapply some AS ceramique or some other type over the stock thermal grease.
