cpu speeds ????

ok windows read my cpu speed at 2.90 GHz but nvidia ntune read 2.775Ghz and cpuZ read 2.750ghz
whats up
my fsb is 264 X 11 " this is about 2.9GHz " in bios but cpuZ reads 250X11 whats the deal

ok i reset my bios back to stock and windows read 2.2 ghz like it should but ntune reads 2.75 still and so dose cpuZ it says tha my mult is 11X250 fsb

are u sure u saved it? how did u reset it? did u clear the CMOS. and did u turn off cool and quite when u over clocked?
