Screwed up PSU?

I have a CoolerMaster extremepower 430W and recently I noticed the fan became exceedingly loud and rattly and a bit before that I got some random freezes (ie. whole comp just stops and doesn't work until I press the restart button).

Do you think I might have a screwed up power supply?

Have you physically modified or tampered with the PSU?

Crypt,

Sounds like fan bearings are shot among other things. Time to replace.
