Memory Advice wanted

Currently i have a ASus P5W DH Delexue with Buffalo 2GB of DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz i was thinking of getting this to replace the 2GB

OCZ / 4GB DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz / Enhanced Latency Gold Gamer eXtreme XTC Edition Memory

Is that memory good?
And does it have any problems using it with a P5W DH?

Thanks for your help

I've had really good luck with OCZ ram and overclocking. If you are not going to overclock at all, then you have nothing to worry about.

You just have to remember that if you are using a 32bit version of windows, the 4gb will not be recognized, and it will only register at approx 3Gb.

If you need the extra ram OCZ is a fine choice.

Get some crucial ballistix pc6400. You will not regret it. I was running ocz pc8500 sli and it really didnt impress me that much. I got some crucial pc8500 and havent looked back since. I wish i would have known before i shelled out over $200.00 bucks for the dang stuff. It now sits collecting dust. The crucial pc6400 clocks just a good as the 8500. I am running 2 gig of 8500 and one gig of 6400 in my main rig right now and its clocked at 4 ghz with a multi of 8 and a fsb of 500 and its stable. Just make sure you dont over do it with the volts. Im running mine at stock 2.2. Plus make sure you cool it with some type of fan if you are gonna do a serious overclocking with it. Check out my sig. Crucial is all im running right now and i dont see myself switching anytime soon. Im pretty sure tiger direct still has a deal on the pc6400. You should be able to pick up 4 512 sticks for under $100.00 bucks.
