SanDisk Ultra II 4GB vs. SanDisk 4GB (?)

But anyways, I was taking a look at these two cards from SanDisk:

SanDisk 4GB
SanDisk Ultra II 4GB

The original has a 15MBps vs. the Ultra's 9MBps?, are these the actual speeds? Which leads to my second question, isn't the Ultra II a newer model compared to the original blue one? The price is the same if you take off the discount. Same price for a significant difference in transfer speeds? Any suggestions as to which I should get? My main use will be transfer videos/music/homebrew onto it for my PSP.

You have to take transfer speeds with a grain of salt because those are under ideal conditions. I would take the one with 15 mb/s, thought I'm not sure you would actually see much difference.

You won't die waiting for a minute or so right? Money is an issue here then.
