Hey everyone, I haven't OC'd anything in a couple years, and I am kinda rusty since. Here is my rig:

DFI Lanparty NF4 SLI-DR Mobo
AMD 64 4000+ San Diego (single core)
OCZ 2GB DDR 400 (PC 3200) 2-3-2-5 - 2.6V - 2.8V

My Air Heatsink: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835106055

Now the bios in my DFI mobo is kinda intimidating. A lot of more features than there was in my Asus a7n8x deluxe mobo. I don't really understand everything clearly, although i understand enough to change my FSB rates and multipliers.

I really don't know what i'm doing anymore, but I was hoping to find help or idealy someone who has my same set up/rig (since it's very common due to price and performance) to give me their bios settings and i could apply it to my bios.

any help much appreciated.

simply applying someone elses bios settings is liable not to work well since everyones hardware is different and the variables can be immense.

take a look at this sticky it should give you all the info you need to get started easily since one of the boards used is the one you have
