Help With RAM Choice

Okay here's another question. Which would you choose of this list? All of them are PC26400 DDR2 800.

G-Skill Memory with timings of 6-6-6-18
Super Talent 5-5-5-15
A-Data 5-5-5-15
Corsair XMS2 5-5-5-18
Patriot Exteme Performance 5-5-5-12
TopRam 5-5-5-15

It seems like the Patriot RAM has about the best timings but I know people out there love Corsair XMS2 memory. So anyone got any feedback?

I will be buying them in sets of 2 x 2GB Kits. I honestly don't know anything about the OC ability of these RAMs and you guys do, help me out

At what speeds?

Sorry they are DDR2 800.

What about SPD? Volts?

off topic question, What timings and what bandwithd can you go with TWIN2X2048-6400C3DF @ 2.2volts?
