Duel Display under Vista, some settings seem to be missing un x64 I think

Hey all,

I had this working in the past with a other computer, on this one that i just built I can get duel displays to work, however this is how it worked with the old setup

1. 8800GTS

It allowed me to display my task bar across the bottom all the way right or left.
(this wont work, cant find the option)

It allowed multi-screen wallpaper
(this also wont work)

I am wondering if this just doesnt work under x64 maybe? That seems to be the only difference....

Any info would be great..

On a side note, only difference from the setups..

Before i used DVI on both screens from the video card

Now one is anolog and the other is DVI if that even matters....

Both screens are 24's

Are you sure you didn't have Ultramon installed on your previous installation? I don't think Vista supports an extended taskbar or 2 separate wallpapers natively.

Ultramon 3.0.1 (beta) for Vista has just been released: http://www.realtimesoft.com/ultramon/download_beta.asp

Vista does not support that or at least I can't get mine to do it.

Ya i guess maybe i had that on XP and didn't realize it or something, thanks, works like a charm, why doesn't vista having something like this already built into it, it would make life so much better
