any recommendations for a PSU to eventually power an intel quad, 2 HDDs, 1 8800GT? overclocking cpu/gpu will probably occur. I was looking at

I see these are dirt cheap too. but my mobo has an 8pin cpu power, these have 4, I know it'll work, but what about when I put a quad in it?

Stick with the Corsair. I would not get that coolermaster. The Green serires are a little better, but the Corsair will give you enough for now and later.

yeah ur right, I said I wasn't going to skimp on my next PC b/c I end up spending more on replacing cheap parts than buying a good one from the start... what bout this PSU?
Thermaltake W0128RU Toughpower 650W

any1 else agree? it's between the thermaltake 650W or the Cosair 550W

okay I got the 550w Corsair. dunno how this happened, just wanted a better mobo. now I have ballistix tracers, a new case, nice new power supply, new cpu cooler.
