"Please make sure you have Microsoft Outlook 2k/xp installed"

getting the wierd error when i boot up my computer? has something to do with the information synchronization service, any ideas how i can fix this?

A screenshot of the error popup might be helpful. Even then sounds like it could be a lot of things, but that might shed a little light on it.

I get the same message Error: Please make sure MS Outlook 2K/XP is installed!
Everytime I start up my PC. How can I fix this, how can I get rid of this message?
Anybody? Help?

Which OS are you both running, and do you have Outlook installed (if so, which version... including any SP)?

it sounds like its possibly pre-office 2k3, with that lovely startup feature? is that your thoughts on it as well?

For those who have the same problem, it's the bluetooth software, get him out of the start

"Please make sure you have Microsoft Outlook 2k/xp installed"
