Alright, ladies. I'll keep it simple and sweet.
For the past week or so, I've noticed an obnoxiously apparent (to the point of being maddening) "halo", specifically on white text with a darker background. Each letter appears to have a "ghost" of green and red on either side of it. There's been some other minor issues, but I don't believe they're anything new--just me noticing them for the first time.
My question: is this a driver issue, or is my monitor kicking the bucket after a little over a year?

Help. If I didn't have 20/20 vision and no apparent problems with anything else, I'd think it was my eyes.
No change in monitor settings effects it. DVI or VGA output doesn't effect it. Clock/phase settings doesn't effect it. Brightness/contrast doesn't effect it.
