microsoft excel, simple question

just curious, I have a list of music, a very big list, and I would like to remove all the ".mp3" off the end of each title track.

doing this one by one would be a pain, does any one know of a simple code or shortcut to have excel remove anything in the spread sheet containing ".mp3"?

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ahhhh i figured it out! i just did a control F for .mp3

and replaced it with an empty space
