TV won't power on when cold

My Olevia 532H sometimes won't power on. When I press the power button the blue light turns off like it's supposed to but I get no picture, no sound, nothing. Then I can unplug it and try a few more times and it'll eventually work most of the time. It's been happening more frequently in the last few months and the warranty ran out in November. I emailed their support people but have not gotten any response. It (almost) only happens when the tv is cold. The power button will turn it back off and the blue light comes back on, but the remote will not. Anyone have any ideas?
