In desperate need of help. PC crashes

Hey all. Just tried to start my PC after it was working fine last night and it won't start past the bios screen (I think its the BIOS, the one where it tells you your CPU speed and says the whole press DEL for setup). It gets to this and just freezes. What in the hell is wrong with this thing??

Try resetting CMOS, according to the instructions in your MB manual.

Check to be sure you have no USB thumbdrives plugged in?
