vary fan speed on my 8800GTS with load?

I know with Rivatuner I can lock fan speed, but 70% fan is a little much for computer idle. I was hoping that when playing games or something I have no problem with it spooling that high as I have headphones and such.

Anyone know? I didn't see anything in ATI tool that changed fan speed either.

You can scale the fan with the Temp.
