Dell Precision 690 Overclocking

I have an opportunity to see how far I can stretch a Dell 690 with dual Xeon Quads @ 3.0ghz possibly with SetFSB. However, I don't know what the clock generator is for this board since I don't even know what the motherboard is outside of the fact that it supports the Intel 5000x chipset. Would anyone around here know what the generator for this board is or even a PLL number if you have one or know of one. Thanks.

I'm guessing these are 1333FSB chips?

Yes, they are the Xeon x5365's or the V8's as they are known on the Intel side of the world.
