Replace fans in case?

I have the Thermaltake Tsunami case, and was just wondering if the fans on it were good enough, or if I should replace them with some higher quality ones. I have an E6750 with a small OC on it, 3.3ghz, and it's running fairly cool at idle on the stock hsf (28*c). Going to upgrade the hsf soon, and needed to know if I should replace the case fans as well. Thanks

SUP ??? and welcome to overclockers forums !!!!!!!!

If they are anything like the CM690 I would replace them with some Yate Loon's.

I cant remeber what the fans where like on the Tsunami I had...Seems like at least 2 or 3 years ago.

I usually replace the fans on any case I buy...I kinda like the Tri-Cool Antec's so I usually leave them in...Not the best fans but I like the 3 way adjustable switch.

But yeah I would buy some Yates for sure...Cheap and they work good...Really good.

My 2 cents.

Low speed Yate-Loons are the general baseline reccommendation, pretty much

There are better performers, but I don't think anyone can beat their price, lol.

I would vote to replace them. My medium-high speed YLs run much quieter than my stock CM fans did.

for hsf, i would agree on the yate loons.. but for the case fans i would say scythe kaze slip stream..

get the 24 dba its 68 cfm... if the rating on the yate loons is true then this is true..

cause i got both, my yate loons broke so i need to get a new one (it was my fault, dont get the rong idea its a great fan) anyway i used the yateloon for the heatsink and the slip stream for tha case... cause the slip stream moves waaaaayyyyyy more air but the yateloon has more stadic pressure so its better for a heatsink... now i have not tested to see wich one runs better oon a a heatsink, but i know the slipstream is better for case fan...

Nice idle temp, but idle temps dont really mean that much... what are your load temps like over an extended period (1+ hrs) like?

My temps don't go over 50*c. And this is on a stock HSF. I'm looking to buy the TRUE with a Yate Loon, but I can't find anyplace that has the TRUE in stock >.<

68cfm and 24 dba? Nope that's an outright lie.
