Good way to control 2 Scythe Ultra Kaze 3000rpm fans?

as i previously stated in this thread good 100+ CFM fans?, i ended up getting scythe ultra kaze's (133CFM) instead of the panaflo's that i originally wanted because i got a better deal on the kaze's. what i didn't realize was that the panaflo's pulled 0.5 amps which was less that my motherboards rating of 0.6 amps for each of the fan headers. but, the kaze's that i ended up getting pull 0.6 amps. i'm afraid that in pulling max current off my mobo headers, that i'll burn out the headers. easy fix, right? just run them direct off of the PSU. but i also want to be able to slow them down for everyday use. so, what is a good fan controller that can handle these beasts and that is affordable (<$30)?

sidenote: i'm not interested in building my own...not good with that kind of stuff. i'm just looking for the something that i can take out of the box and it just works.

I personally use the Sunbeam 20W per channel fan controller, and it handles my Yate-Loons and when called for, screaming fast Nidec's and San Ace's.
