I think this deserves some serious attention because if the C2D gets banned we will all be left with the Phenom. I freely admit I'm a pretty hardcore AMD fanboy but this is BAD news for everybody. I hate AMD's L3 implementation and was going to try out an Intel box, but now I have to blacklist them for being jerks and stealing (then again I use bittorrent so....).

I do have one suggestion, if it looks bad in a few months for Intel, hoard as man Duos and Quads as you can and sell them on the black market. You'll make a killing!
