It's only been 15 minutes since you posted. Don't expect replies so quickly 
My X38-DS5 by gigabyte shipped with wolfdale support. I suppose the X38s should generally have out-of-the-box E8xxx compatibility, as with the 780is.
P35s are probably dependent on the motherboard manufacturing date and if it even has latest bios versions that do support it.
680is probably will not have wolfdale support out of the box.
