What's better for 22" LCD-- Mhz or memory?

I am looking to upgrade the video card for PC in sig. I have pretty much narrowed it down to two $200 choices, and can't go over the $200 mark. I was looking at these two from the Egg:

1) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814125089
Which is a Gigabyte 8800GT-256MB/256bit-Core@700Mhz-Stream processors=112

2) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127328
Which is an MSI 8800GTS-320MB/320bit-Core@575-Stream processors=96
(This advertises a $20 rebate, but I won't be counting on it or factoring it in.)

So, I will use the card for lots of gaming, on a 22" LCD (1680x1050) and am looking for the best experience $200 can buy. With these in mind, what would you do-- What are your suggestions? Thanks!

Why buy a wired/wireless router, or a Wi-fi Access Point? Harness the power of your old PC for free, instead.
