what shoule pci latency setting be in bios?

i have a msi p35 neo2-fr....i was wondering about the pci latency timer. it comes default @ 64 in the bios. i can choose 32,64,128,256. what should this setting be? does it help or limit anything? thanks in advance

I've always set the PCI Latency Timer to 128, although 64 is normally the default BIOS setting on the newer P35 boards...

yea i set mine to 32 cycles today. maybe i should turn it back to 64? the only pci device i am using is a soundblaster audigy. does this effect the pci-e slot? would higher be better for video card?
