How To Overclock The New EVGA 780i MOBO

Hi guys, I am new to Overclocking and have the new 780i by EVGA. I can't OC my Intel E6400 2.13. Help!
My Set up is:
Xaser VI Case, EVGA 780i MOBO, E6400 Core Two Duo 2.13, Koolance Liquid Cooling (Two Fan Radiator), Two 250GB HDD, Two DVD/CD ROM Drives, Four Case Fans, Lights Galore, Zalman MFC 2 Fan Monitor, Two Liquid Cooling Temp Monitors.
